Your role as Financial Controller at Oneka
Our Financial Controller will be actively involved in the accounting of Oneka Technologies’ various legal entities in Canada and abroad. You’ll be responsible for many of the accounting mandates required to ensure the company’s long-term viability.
More specifically, here’s what your responsibilities at Oneka would look like:
- Reconciliation of accounts, balance sheet and income statement analysis;
- Follow up on grants;
- Prepare grant files;
- Follow-up on accounts payable and receivable;
- Perform variance analysis;
- Improve and implement new accounting and budgeting processes;
- Manage credit cards and expense accounts;
- Take charge of the month-end process for our multiple entities;
- Collaborate with our accounting partner in Chile;
- Implement ERP system;
- Follow up inter-company transactions.
