Financial Controller

Our Financial Controller will be actively involved in the accounting of Oneka Technologies’ various legal entities in Canada and abroad. You’ll be responsible for many of the accounting mandates required to ensure the company’s long-term viability.

Regional Operation Coordinator – Chile

The Regional Operation Coordinator – Chile will be responsible for supporting and ensuring a diligent overview of the different Chile wave-powered desalination sites.

Senior Simulation Engineer

As a Senior Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding your team towards achieving their goals. Composed of professionals in simulation, desalination, modelling and electronics, this team is responsible for data acquisition on our buoys, an essential component of our products.

VP Field Operations

The VP of Field Operations will be in charge of oversight of Oneka’s Wave Powered Desalination operations. Local operations managers, Field Engineers, Operations technicians, mechanics and speciality trades persons will report to the VP or Field Operations.

Lead Desalination Plant Operator

The lead desalination plant operator will be in charge of the day-to-day maintenance and operation of Oneka’s wave powered desalination plants.  The lead operator will oversee local operations team responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating ocean based wave powered desalination units.

Electrical Engineer

The acquisition of various parameters of offshore buoys is critical to improve their reliability and efficiency in producing drinking water. To do this, Oneka develops connected acquisition systems (Internet of Things) to measure various parameters (pressures, actuator position, wave measurement, battery management, desalinated water), predict failures, and trigger actions (osmosis membrane cleaning) from a web interface.

Buyer

At Oneka, our buyer is in charge of purchasing for the production and innovation teams. Accompanied by the Purchasing Manager, and thanks to his/her great curiosity and ease in building relationships, he/she is responsible for finding new suppliers, negotiating and establishing the best purchasing and collaboration conditions with our various suppliers.

Executive Assistant

Location : Sherbrooke, QC

The Executive Assistant plays an important role in supporting the CEO with administrative and executive support tasks. This includes maintaining their calendar and meetings, working on communications, helping to meet commitments, working closely with other departments, and helping to manage facilities.
